I need to learn the basics of the Programming language C++ Anyone know a good website that teaches this or can help me learn it pretty quick. Not looking to read hours worth of material otherwise id just buy the "C++ for Dummies" book...

Reply:There is no short cut to learning C++ if you actually want to learn it well. I would recommend "Thinking in C++" by Bruce Eckel. The entire book is available online for free and can be downloaded and read offline as well. If you have limited time, you can just skim through the introductory chapters (probably chapters 1-5) in Thinking in C++. Good luck with C++ !
Reply:Sorry, but you can't learn the basics of C++ that quickly. It will take way longer than "hours worth of material".
